Extensive integration of the LBIS/4G Accommodation Agenda with a telephone exchange was performed in March 2018 in Lázně Libverda a.s. Integration was implemented in the following three areas:

  • Automatic loading of data about telephone calls made to the client’s account.
  • Indication of room cleaning status. The maid calls from the cleaned room to a defined telephone number. This is subsequently transferred to LBIS/4G Accommodation Agenda as information about cleaning of the given room.

Entry of use of mini bars in rooms. The maid calls from the given room to a defined telephone number and provides information about use of the mini bar (goods and quantity). This is subsequently automatically carried over to the client’s account in LBIS/4G Accommodation Agenda including removal of new goods from stock.
