KÚPELE LÚČKY a.s. has automated the process of communication with its clients. The Automatic mailing feature which has been deployed in the LBIS/4G system for spas, rehabilitation centres, and medical facilities now automatically sends emails with the following content:

  • confirmation of a reservation + sending of a pro forma invoice
  • check-in reminder + related information
  • confirmation of receipt of an advance payment for the client
  • thank you message at the end of the stay

 

Implementation of this functionality eliminates routine work associated with sending emails, saving valuable time for the sales department and staff at reception.

 

If necessary, additional email templates can be easily added to the LBIS/4G information system according to current requirements.
